This One Change to Your Org Chart Changes Everything

What’s the single most important thing you need to have a successful fishing trip? A lot of people say beer, but I’m measuring success as coming home with something to bake, not coming home baked. Most people will tell me it is bait, or a good pole, or a boat. A few people will say water. That’s close, but I have water in my bathtub, yet I can’t catch fish there.
